- Exchange: Exchange can only be raised for the same product item(s), irrespective of the sizes.
- Value: Product item(s) of the same value can only be exchanged.
- Refund: Refund will only be applicable if in case you have received product item(s) in damaged condition. Product item(s) should be returned to WILD GAUR. Images can be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- Return: Product item(s) must be returned for exchange / refund within 7 days from delivery date.
- Shipping Charges: Please note WILD GAUR will not cover shipping charges for exchanges / returns of the product item(s).
- Condition: Product item(s) being returned must be unwashed, odour-free, and stain-free.
- Payment: WILD GAUR will only offer refunds via the original payment method used to place the order request. Please note the transfer would be processed within 3 - 7 working days post receipt of the product item(s).
